I have worked within the NHS for many years and continue to contribute to patient care alongside my executive responsibilities, maintaining a strong commitment to clinical standards, safety, and ethical practice.

I am also the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Chase Health Group, a growing independent healthcare organisation in London encompassing hospital services, diagnostics, pharmacy, outpatient care, and specialist clinics. Under his leadership, the group has expanded to include hospitals, day surgery units, imaging centres, outpatient services, laboratories, and community-based healthcare models, with a strategic focus on delivering integrated, high-quality care under one coordinated system.

His work is characterised by a strong emphasis on clinical governance, regulatory compliance, and sustainable healthcare development. Dr Yahli has led multiple organisations through Care Quality Commission (CQC) registration, service expansions, and complex regulatory frameworks, ensuring that patient safety, quality assurance, and accountability remain central to operational growth. He is particularly recognised for building robust governance structures that align clinical excellence with commercial responsibility.

Alongside his clinical and executive roles, Dr Yahli had substantial experience in medico-legal work, preparing expert psychiatric reports for courts, solicitors, and tribunals. His work in this area was underpinned by meticulous clinical reasoning, clarity of opinion, and strict adherence to professional and legal standards, including CPR Part 35 requirements. He was frequently instructed in complex matters involving mental health, capacity, risk, and vulnerability.

Dr Yahli has a strong interest in healthcare leadership, service transformation, and system integration, particularly in bridging gaps between NHS and independent sector care.

He is actively involved in developing innovative models that combine urgent care, diagnostics, day surgery, pharmacy, and specialist outpatient services within single, coordinated pathways—aimed at improving access, efficiency, and patient experience.

In addition to his operational work, Dr Yahli contributes to education and professional development, supporting clinicians and managers in governance, leadership, and service design. He maintains a particular interest in mentoring, organisational culture, and the development of future healthcare leaders.
